The challenge

Fictioneers is a cloud-based platform that helps engineers create and deliver real-time, personalised stories that evolve as audiences interact with them.

The platform’s versatility make it applicable to variety of the different industries and use-cases, from interactive games, to treasure hunts, marketing campaigns, releasing seasonal content, personalising user journeys, and more.

But the team were struggling to demonstrate the possibilities of the platform and make the value proposition resonate with new customers using their existing, limited product demo.

How we helped

Hyperact were brought in to provide engineering support to rapidly develop a number of bespoke prototypes as part of a newly formed pitch team. This enabled the core product development team to keep their focus on iterating and building new features on the core platform, while the pitch team focussed on generating sales.

Over the course of 6 weeks, Hyperact and the pitch team delivered 6 React prototypes for various potential clients including Coke-Cola, The 1975, and The Chemical Brothers.
